The disposition process is managed by an in-house attorney with significant transactional experience. Assets are listed with brokers after a thorough RFP (“Request For Proposal”) process to determine the most appropriate firm relative to the specific property type and location. Once the assignment is awarded, FPA diligently monitors the transaction on a daily basis and is actively involved in negotiations with sellers through closing.
